matterhorn military boot Hiking Boot for Military Wear????

I am looking for a high quality hiking boot that I can wear with the US military BDU uniform. My requirements are for a boot to be worn during cross-country movements in flat, rolling, or hilly/mountainous terrain with up to 110lbs of equipment, for 8-20 miles per day over an extended period. The boot basically has to be black leather (shiny or smooth, but not suede) with nothing in the way of eye-catching adornment (ie, no Nike Air Fly Sooper Ninja boots). Thanks for any help! why don't you just wear your matterhorns or danners those are comfortable boots? The Army doesn't regularly issue Danner or Matterhorn boots to the troops. In addition, from other Infantrymen, I have heard that the Matterhorns in particular aren't quite as comfortable as some less active MOS soldiers would believe (any boot is comfortable if you never walk anywhere in it). As I have MANY miles under a ruck (over 100 since the new year), I am looking for something above and beyond a duty boot and for something in the realm of a real backpacking boot. Andy
