I say slightly working becuase it doesn't actually heat anything anymore following a loud bang on Wednesday evening.  I'm assuming after my elementary tests that the magnetron has shuffled off it's mortal coil <possible pun intended. We've replaced it with a new one, figuring that the cost to repair would outweight the cost to replace (it being an AEG and their parts being pricey ), and also becauase we regulalry use a microwave and can't be without one for the duration while it's repaired. It's one of those Microwave/Grill things and was a really good one until it's microwave element demise . Everything else works fine, but we don't need it anymore now. It's in good nick, and is currently in the shed awaiting a new home. If anyone wants it for spares/repair etc. let me know and if they can collect it from Newmarket/Science Park they are welcome to it. If nobody wants it, it will become part of the scenery at Milton RSN. Cheers Dan.
