I do a fair amount of rugged work.  I wear jeans, a cotton/poly blend shirt, lace-up boots or loafers (I broke a foot a while back and never went to the doc, so I need comfortable shoes whenever possible), some sort of hat to keep the sun out of my eyes (I'm partial to those white plastic sun helmets, but sometimes I wear a _base_ball-_style_ cap) if I'm going to be spending a lot of time out in the sun. I would rather be shot than be caught wearing tactical clothing.  I don't own any tactical clothing; I would never buy any tactical clothing; and I think people who do are ridiculous, or some sort of militia wannabes.
